You'll see in-app warnings at 80% usage. At 100%, that resource is paused for the rest of the month — but you can buy a one-time credit pack (e.g. 500 extra SMS for $7) to keep going, or upgrade to the next tier instantly. We never charge surprise overages.
Yes — every plan bundles a generous monthly allowance of SMS, MMS, and emails. Phone numbers, A2P registration, and carrier fees are all covered. No separate Twilio or SendGrid bills to manage.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans can be downgraded but not refunded mid-cycle.

A workspace is a separate CRM environment — separate leads, conversations, team members, and integrations. Solo agents and small businesses use one workspace. Multi-location businesses and agencies use multiple workspaces (one per location or client) and switch between them with one click.
